ORGANIZATION AND GOVERNANCE

Catholic Men for Jesus of Florida, LLC is a limited liability company not for profit, organized under the laws of the State of Florida.  It is qualified as a public charity under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  Your contributions in support of Catholic Men for Jesus (but not payments for event tickets) would ordinarily qualify for the income tax charitable deduction. Consult your tax advisor.

A volunteer Board of Directors oversees the operations of the entity.  There are no paid staff persons.
